CHALLENGES

With globalisation on the rise, international educational exchange and cross-cultural interactions have become extremely prevalent. Today, the international business environment houses aggressive competition and the multinational corporations have identified the increasing need for international managers to be equipped with skills of working effectively with people from various cultural backgrounds. This exposure had to be injected in the form of cultural awareness sessions among the students of London Business School before they stepped into the professional world constituting of multicultural colleagues and co-workers. This is when we facilitated a workshop that threw light on the need for embracing diversity in respective workplaces.

OUR SOLUTIONS

We facilitated sessions on cross cultural working and exposed the students to the challenges they were about to confront in a global working ecosystem. We threw light on the various protocols of different cultures and took them on a journey of truly understanding a wide cultural palette.

Understanding Cultural Frameworks™

Our specialised workshops unfolded the various layers of cultural diversity to the students. The Cultural Diagonostic gave them a glimpse of diverse social frameworks and helped them understand behavioral patterns of different geographies.

Accepting Working Styles

Using the 6-D model we supported them in discovering their own working styles. Within a working environment, feedback is a critical aspect and our comparative matrix brought the best out of the diverse group.
