CHALLENGES

With globalisation on the rise, international educational exchange and cross-cultural interactions have become extremely prevalent. Today, the international business environment houses aggressive competition and the multinational corporations have identified the increasing need for international managers to be equipped with skills of working effectively with people from various cultural backgrounds. This exposure had to be injected in the form of cultural awareness sessions among the students of London Business School before they stepped into the professional world constituting of multicultural colleagues and co-workers. This is when we facilitated a workshop that threw light on the need for embracing diversity in respective workplaces.
