CHALLENGES

HSBC has about 4000 offices in 70 different countries. The biggest challenge was the infusion of a common culture among its workforce. We addressed the need gap by setting up a team that could dedicatedly find answers to the problem.

OUR SOLUTION

We took the employees of HSBC on a cultural journey which enabled them to get rid of unconscious biases and truly accept diverse backgrounds. This led to better teams that could work in close coordination and build productive relationships.
